Yikes.....

Wow.  I can't believe it has been so long since I've posted.  Poor little blog.  Then again, it's not really that surprising...I've been super-busy and somewhat down and unfortunately my blog usually takes one of the first hits.  I HAVE been on Facebook more often lately (scary thing, that Facebook!...I think it might just take over the world...)  But I'm here now, and hope to be posting more often. 

So a quick run-down:  Just closed my latest play "Tent Meeting" at Theatrical Outfit (I'll post a few pictures of this soon).  This was absolutely an amazing experience.  The talent I got to work with and the challenges this play provided me are indescribable.  Thanks to EVERYONE who came to check it out!

I filmed a small role (more than one line!...several, actually!) in a Lifetime movie starring Julia Ormand called "The Wronged Man."  A very cool story based on the true story of a man falsely convicted of rape and released 20 years later due to a DNA test.  Was very cool to work with Julia and a great experience overall.  "The Wronged Man" is due to air on Lifetime in November 2009.

I'm still working at the Temple, although less hours.  I'm still acting like crazy, but also starting to wonder if maybe there might be other things I'd like to try (not sure what, exactly...but I'll keep you posted).

My beautiful sister came to visit a couple weeks ago...FABULOUS FABULOUS time we had.  We even went on a hot air balloon ride!  LOVE YOU PAIGEEE!

And if that weren't enough, my Dad and Lequice are visiting me as I speak (er, write)!  They got to check out my last two performances of "Tent Meeting" (the first time Dad's ever seen me perform!)  Talk about an emotional experience!  Am so very very grateful for family right now.

Am headed to Florida this week for a much needed vacation.  Then will come back to Atlanta to finish the Jesus show (the Christian sitcom that films in Asheville, NC) and then I'll start rehearsals for my next show.
